During the pandemic period, the distance education process brought some limitations for students. These limitations affected students with special needs more than students with normal development. In order for students with special needs to learn; 1) subjects should be visual and concrete, 2) peer teaching should be used and more repetition should be done. However, it is not possible to use them effectively in the distance education process. Our project aims to be accessible at all times by using Web 2 tools for students with special needs, using the lecture topics prepared by students with normal development under the supervision of their teachers and sharing them in EBA.
